"end of a night" by Olaf Kraemer free again!

Olaf Kraemer Romy Schneider novel may seem almost unblackened

Frankfurt / Main (ddp-hes). The novel "End of Night" by Olaf Kraemer may appear with only one darkness. The Higher Regional Court (OLG) Frankfurt was in a ruling published on Thursday of the freedom takes precedence over the post-mortem personality rights of deceased mother Romy Schneider, Magda Schneider. The decision obtained by the widower Horst Fehlhaber injunction and otherwise the first instance decision of the Regional Court of Frankfurt, which delivered the book because so far only seven blackened passages could be, were repealed by the Court of Appeals, with one exception.

The novel, after describing the affected Blumenbar Munich publishing house in fictional form, the last hours in the life of actress Romy Schneider. In memory of their lives they deal with the role of her mother Magda during the Nazi era and its proximity to leading Nazi politicians. Fehlhaber had obtained an interim order shortly before the Frankfurt Book Fair last year that seven had to be barred. After the Court of Appeals ruling just have to keep a body blackened.
