Atonement Dress Patterns

MUMOK - Changing Channels March 5 - 6 June


Thanks to action by the Austrian Ludwig Foundation for Art and Science, allows students like me as often as the MUMOK to go, how do you - Free admission for all students under 27!

I went twice to MUMOK to me to see Changing Channels, as were infinitely many videos and television programs to watch on artistic reflection and use of the mass medium of television from the 1960s to the 1980s.

Starting with black and white videos by artists who started in the 60s, a movement, rather than tangible works of art only TV with videos that showed the artist in creating their works to put in galleries: A man shaves of a cactus, a man, the individual sheets of paper through the air throwing ... Humanic about old commercials, to one created by Warhol interview with Edie Sedgwick.



Another thing worth mentioning: The famous TV program, a constantly recurring record of a fire chimney, which is usually broadcast in Austria and Germany in the night and in the U.S. especially on Christmas Eve, has been around since the 60s:
